Our top Filters

Fibreglass

Fibreglass filters are made of long fibreglass in non-woven.
High efficiency: Particulate hold up is assured by the special shape of fiber
High dust holding capacity: It is assured by the progressive distribution of fibre

Widths: 0.6m, 0.72m, 0.76m, 0.8m, 1m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2m

Cieling

Ceiling filters are made of heat-melt break resistance synthetic fiber with gradual increased density.
High efficiency: Attribute to the glue, making dust adhesive by glue and unable to penetrate.
High dust holding capacity: It is assured by the progressive density of fiber

Widths: 1m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2m                     Precuts: 1.24m x 1.57m

Cardboard

Cardboard filters are made of two layers of kraft paper, the design is good for the distribution of the speed
High efficiency: Particulate hold up is assured
High dust holding capacity: up to 22kg/m2

Sizes: 0.9m x 10m long                      1m x 10m long

Polyester

Polyester filters are medium low efficiency filters media made of polyester fiber, dressed with synthetic resins.
High efficiency: Particulate hold up is assured by the special shape of fiber
High dust holding capacity: It is assured by the progressive distribution of fiber

Widths: 1m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2m

What do I need?

Fibreglass and Polyester filters are usually used for the floor and exhaust of the spray booth.
The Fibreglass filter has got higher capacity than the Polyester, although the Polyester is a better choice if you prefer to replace them more often.
The Fibreglass is 260 grams, where the polyester is 110 or 115 grams thick. Some spray booth need a very thin filters, as they get high pressured with the thicker filters. That is when you should probably use our 85 grams Polyester filter.

To check the size that you need for the floor or the exhaust in your spray booth , simply measure the width of each row of the filter cage. We have all sizes of rolls, so most times you will just need to cut it at the end of each row on the floor or on the wall.

To check the size of the ceiling filters, simply measure each cage of the ceiling filters. We have all sizes of ceiling filters’ rolls, and we can also cut it for you for each cage.

The Cardboard Filters should be fitted vertically within the booth and is constructed from two layers of different graded cardboard. The cardboard is folded in such a way that, when fitted, gives a filtration hole facing forward with a ‘V’ shape fold behind and a second, offset, filtration hole on the back. The air enters the front face of the filter, spins around in the ‘V’ and exits via the second hole.
